She graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor degree in Organizational Communication and Business and has worked in the defense industry as a liaison for the Egyptian program. After her daughter was diagnosed with Wilms she made the decision to be a stay-at-home mom. For the next 7 years she learned a whole new appreciation for time management and patience. She is currently working part-time in a psychology office as a billing specialist. Dolly enjoys helping others and reaching out to new families in the IWSA. Since the day her daughter was born she has faced each challenge with the quote, “it sucks, but it’s manageable.” Whenever she can squeeze some free time she preserves family memories by making photo projects, and loves any water activity as well as playing in the snow.
