Cody is a 14yo girl from Australia living with wagr syndrome. Cody loves to sing and dance, swim, play on her ipad, imaginative play with her toys and character dolls and to boss everyone around. Cody has an incredible memory. She has beautiful red hair and a flawless complexion. She loves people and will tell strangers in the supermarket anything about her day no matter how embarrassing. Waiting for anything is not high on her agenda, neither is being in crowded places. Doctors appointments are always welcomed with much excitement, she is brave and tough. Cody amazes everybody. Our precious girl is the light of our lives. She is always happy and smiling…well, most of the time. Life is challenging, caring for Cody can be exhausting and frustrating. But then she’ll come to me with a chirpy “see ya mum, I going <to the> beach <with my> friends”, throw Upsy Daisy, Tom Cat and Maisy Mouse into a cardboard box and run off to play with them in front of my big wardrobe mirrors. And every moment is worth it.
